Tense, stressed tired muscles quickly relax into a deep feeling of relaxation. Designed to concentrate on relaxing tight, stiff areas and improve joint pain. Wrapped in a warm blanket of foil the oils will penetrate deeply into the skin and encourage the body to relax and heal.
The therapist can add a facial or full Indian Head Massage or reflexology to compliment your treatment.
Swimming trunks or shorts will aid to your comfort of the treatment. Disposable pants are provided if preferred.
